Data report of survey on general ethical principles

These are the results of an anonymous survey I made with surveymonkey.com

I shall be releasing an analysis of this data within the next couple of days, so I hope you'll follow and stay tuned!  I sense some deep cognitive dissonance in these results and would like to attempt to illuminate what I see as contradictions in how the average person thinks.

  1. That's a noticeable difference in results between the first two questions and the third. A throwback to past parenting perhaps?

  2. Great observation, the difference really shows some strong cognitive dissonance in the average person.

I'd still like to write an analysis on it, but I think your speculation about parenting is quite valid.
